Overview

This website, laprig.com, is operated by FBA VENTURES LLC ("Laprig", "we", "us"). By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. Please read them with our refund policy, shipping policy and privacy policy.

Products and information

We describe our cockpits, seats and parts as accurately as we can, including dimensions, profiles, mounting patterns and compatibility. Colors on screen may vary slightly. If a product is not as described, your remedy is to return it under our refund policy.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. Prices include import duties. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We do not store your card details.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

Shipping and risk

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping is free. Title and risk pass to you when the product is delivered.

Returns

You may return an unused, unassembled product in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery, as described in our refund policy.

Use of products

Assemble and use our products following the assembly guide. Check that your wheelbase, seat and accessories are within the limits stated on the product page. Do not modify structural parts.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Intellectual property

Texts, images, videos, tools and the Laprig name and logo on this site belong to FBA VENTURES LLC. Wheelbase and game names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.
