You can return a product within 14 days of delivery if it is unused, not assembled and in its original packaging.
How to return
- Email us at contact@laprig.com with your order number.
- We send you the return address and instructions.
- Once we receive and check the product, we refund you within 10 days to your original payment method.
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or is not the one you ordered. In that case we cover it.
Damaged or missing parts
Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with a photo. We send the missing or damaged part, no need to return the whole rig.
Before you order
A cockpit is heavy to send back. If you are not sure your wheelbase, seat or room fits, ask us first: we answer before you buy.
